1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account with 555er or by continuing to use the Platform after any revision to these Terms, you signify your unconditional acceptance of the Terms as they stand at that time. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 555er ("the Operator"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of any organisation, you additionally represent and warrant that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

555er reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the 555er Platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 555er strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 21. 555er may request proof of age at any time and may suspend an account pending satisfactory verification.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Corporate or institutional account registrations are not permitted.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated by 555er for violations of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or close family member of an employee or officer of 555er or any affiliated entity.

555er reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point. Provision of false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account with 555er. To register, you must provide accurate and complete information including a valid Bangladesh mobile number, date of birth, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 555er will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

• You must register using your own personal details. Registering under another person's identity or using fabricated information is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 555er support immediately via live chat.
• 555er may require identity verification (KYC) at any point including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when a concern arises regarding account security or compliance. Required documents may include a national ID, passport, or driver's licence.
• You must keep your account details up to date. You are obliged to notify 555er promptly if any registered information changes, in particular your mobile number.

555er may, at its discretion, limit the number of accounts accessible from a single device, IP address, or household. Where multiple accounts are detected that appear to be operated by the same individual, all such accounts may be suspended pending investigation.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

555er supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, you should contact 555er support via live chat with your transaction reference number.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to completed KYC verification. Processing times are typically within 24 hours, though delays may occur during periods of high volume or pending verification.
• 555er does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals made through supported local payment methods. Fees imposed by your payment provider or bank are outside 555er's control and are your responsibility.
• 555er reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. In such cases, 555er may request supporting documentation before releasing funds. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing by the account holder.

All funds deposited into your 555er account must derive from a legitimate source. 555er prohibits any use of the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity. Where 555er has reasonable grounds to suspect such activity, the account will be suspended and any relevant information may be disclosed to competent authorities.

5Bonuses and Promotions

555er offers a welcome bonus and ongoing promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times through the use of duplicate accounts or false information will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account suspension.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period.
• 555er reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that no modification will adversely affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash without meeting the relevant wagering requirement, or used in conjunction with any strategy that 555er determines constitutes abuse of the bonus system.

Where 555er has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player has abused the bonus system — including through arbitrage, matched betting across platforms, or exploitation of a technical error — 555er reserves the right to reclaim the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend or close the player's account.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on 555er are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or game. 555er reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical fault. The following general betting conditions apply across all markets:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the Platform, except where an in-play cash-out option is expressly available and you choose to use it.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the official result recorded by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) shall be used to settle the market, unless 555er's specific sport rules provide otherwise.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum win limits apply per market and may vary by sport, event type, and account tier. 555er reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits without prior notice where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Any bet placed using funds obtained through a technical error, system fault, or any form of exploit will be voided. 555er is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game or betting market before placing a bet.

7Responsible Gaming

555er is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. 555er provides the following tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity. These tools are available from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: You may set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Time-out: You may apply a temporary break from the Platform of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Time-outs cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.
• Self-exclusion: You may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from 555er at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once self-excluded, you will not be able to create a new account during the exclusion period.

8Account Suspension and Termination

555er reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, the following circumstances may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to providing false registration information, operating duplicate accounts, or abusing the bonus system.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other conduct that is unlawful or harmful to the integrity of the Platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 555er, or provision of documents that appear falsified or do not satisfactorily confirm identity.
• At your own request. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any outstanding bonus balance will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Withdrawable cash balances will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 555er Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and game interfaces, is the exclusive property of 555er or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or in any way exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of 555er. Unauthorised use of 555er's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555er's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 555er shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if 555er has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from interruptions, delays, or failures of the Platform due to circumstances beyond 555er's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, power failures, or acts of God.
• Any actions taken by a player based on information or content found on the Platform that is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, where 555er has used reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy.

11Privacy

555er collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, rectify, and in certain circumstances request the deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact our support team via live chat.

12Amendments to These Terms

555er may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 555er will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification banner prior to the changes taking effect. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. 555er operates as an online entertainment platform. In the event of any dispute, 555er encourages players to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. 555er will respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the matter may be referred to an independent third-party dispute resolution mechanism as notified by 555er from time to time.
